Jayce Still Freezes people for about half a second

Lower end computers/laptops still have the Jayce freezing bug, preventing people from playing or playing against a FotM champion.

This bug is months old. Riot, what's the status on this bugfix? I'm tired of not being able to react to his engages or just having my comp freeze when he changes stances in the fog of war.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, my friend has a better Satellite. My roomate has a Lenovo Thinkpad from like 2014 and my other roomate has a Gateway from 2010. We all have the same issue with Jayce.
