I'm sorry but this item is becoming cancer on certain adc's... It needs to be retuned because its fucking oppressive how much damagte and lifesteal certain adc's are getting from it pairing with the lifesteal keystone. I dont really think it's fair that an adc can drain tank with one item... EHM Kalista...

kalista has always been able to drain tank with botrk + runnan.
