i think more mobility at the cost of dmg. because he has decent dmg right now but he rarely get in range for his e or q so he relies on another initiater like blitz or sej

They are going to change him within the next year to make his laning phase not so dominant, and his late game not so, well trash

He just needs his rework. Either he hooks you into a burst kill or you kite him to death. It's one of the most binary champs in game still. (Imo)
