Can AP mages get more magic pen options?
AD gets

They have so few choices, and one of them is boots which are nearly mandatory, further limiting options. AD champs can get

and still have access to so much armor pen/lethality. Dont forget has a horrible build path and is overpriced and nobody buys it except

All the AD items also come with other awesome stats or actives on them that make them useful even without the armor pen too. Why is this imbalance allowed to go on for so long?
