If I said the NFL was winning most of its games but only factored in the top 10 teams and not all 32 are the statistics real? The answer is no and again ask any statistics professor they will tell you your findings are false and inaccurate.

The purpose of this data is to determine the relative strength of champions when played in a high-skilled environment.
Bronze to gold is not a high skill environment. They aren't playing the champions properly by and large, so they aren't taken into consideration.
The sample size of plat and up is still massive enough to be accurate.
Frankly, even plat and up is too inclusive. Plat is still a shit show.
It should be diamond and up.
