He's been doing worse and worse with these last few patches, can we give him some tiny number buffs?

HopFrogger1 votesHe got buffed in his last update; I don't think it's him doing worse, but rather that the meta is changing around him. Bruiser/Juggernauts are meta, and they tend to all-in Jayce, which is precisely his counter. He can still be played if you're very comfortable with him.
