who invented this "west" thing.. i dont want to be paired up with NA for real. Trashtalking since the dawn of league. They call it being confident, whlist just plain trashtalking, being cocky and disrespectful.

Saying things like, oh we'll win worlds.. Fnatic will crash n burn. It's like the toxic guy in your team, while ur winning.. he's like the nicest person. Next game 1 thing happens before the game basicly starts and they flame the shit outta ya lol.

When i see people take the analitical role concerning who's the better region, team, player or whatsoever, it's nearly always comparing.. It's X defeated X and they're X rank in X region thus better then X.

I've seen alot of shittalk at the EU region for it being weak due to how Fnatic facerolled thru the split. Said was Fnatic being good, OG H2k slightly decent and rest trash. But if we actually for once not compare and look at the statistics, it actually shows that EU as a whole region takes dragons 5-6 minutes earlier than they do in NA, first towers, bloods get taken on chinese lvls or even faster. Now u'd think, thats a matter of priorities. Well quite frankly the GPM and the gold advantage @ the 20minute mark NA also scores the lowest of all the 4 bigger regions. - This is all from articles on the internet ( thescoreesports has some good )

Now if the whole region of EU on average on these values score so much better than the average from NA, doesn't that make it a stronger region? I was always convinced just from the gameplay, the speed of rotations (macro in a whole actually ) seeing the two regions play that EU is beyond NA.

Quite honestly it's been the other way around, NA has a few teams that can do decent internationally, but the rest is really meh. People underestimated EU, and maybe Fnatic hasn't been overhyped. Yes NA went 2-1, the only upset therre is C9 vs AHQ. But let's be honest, CLG only nearly won over FW and that's just because of 1 huge mistake from the adc of FW, not because they were superior in a micro or macro sense thruout the game, and thats just FW from the weakest/easiest group.

both regions went 2/1 on paper that makes them look even, but lets be honest, Fnatic stomped iG, which is something of a different caliber than FW, OG took down LGD. Both regions went 2/1 but EU faced something totally different than NA.

For anyone in the thread opting for NA being just as good as EU, no you're nowhere near the level of Fnatic, you might touch OG, and you could be on par with H2K but thats it.

If theres any team SKT wants to avoid, its Fnatic. I wonder why.
