R - Primordial Burst Missile size now scales with Veigar's ability power

Can we start doing that to other infinitely stacking skills?

Maybe color change on his Q particle? green shifting through yellow and then red at like 400+ stacks or something? Maybe some extra glow? or puffed armor look, sorta like passive?

gets his little pile of meeps following him, so I think he's ok as is? You can see the spears in the target(s.) is hp, so you can see it in the health bar, though maybe he could use something? bolder look on his shield?

Am I missing anyone/anyone have ideas for visuals for them?
