Am I the only one who thinks that

gives you only 3 wards and 150 HP
gives you 3 wards, yes, 3 because when you place 4th, your 1st ward will disappear + 400 HP which is not that bad but there is no reason to get Ruby Sight until mid/late game and at that point 400 HP is just meh :S
Why don't you change this item to actually place 4 instead of 3 wards and why don't you change the build path?
I have some ideas:
Same build path but gives you 200 HP instead of 150 HP
Builds out of +

and increase the HP from 400 to 450/500 and increase the price from 1600 to 1800 total.
