I've seen ppl farming in LC$ up to 500 farm, full build, min 45 and everyone were still on their lanes farming. And everyone is fat, asian, or both at the same time.
^^You need to consider, however, is that this patch is to balance out Worlds.
Then balance for fucking Worlds$ , and for the rest of the 99.999% of the playerbase. 2 separate balances

God I was a few kilograms heavier after s3 worlds...But now, I simply do not have enough of nerves to handle one single match. Even casters are different and annoying. for the Christs sake they are yelling like mad whenever someone make even an easiest play ever.
For Example:
Roccat vs NRG - Jhin ulted enemy Alistar and chunked him down to 10% HP casters be like "OMG! OMG! LOOK AT THIS DAMAGE WOAAAAAAAA"
C9 Hai playing Le Blanc chunking his enemy down to 15% hp with a single QR casters be like "WHOA WHOA HU LOOK AT THIS, THE POWER OF C9 HAI"!!!

Woah easy there, no need to drop F bombs. I get you're upset they nerfed Rek'sai, hell she is one of my favorite champions, and the nerfs have cut her low. You need to consider, however, is that this patch is to balance out Worlds.
League is a team based game, and while most of us play it single player type, professionals do not. If we want variety in professional games they need to change the game accordingly. I get you're upset, but acting like this only looks bad on the community.

That's sort of what's been done to Tahm Kench, although to a lesser extent, and I used to main him, so I somewhat feel your pain. Hopefully, they'll do him justice someday.

Yeah, thanks. The nerfs were stupid, but the buffs weren't satisfying, either. His shield has a stupid low cooldown now. It's even worse to play against than his old one, since he never has a moment of weakness where you can go in on him. I also REALLY miss the power spike on level 6. What hurts the most is that when he was in a good spot, EVERYONE I ever saw play him was a nice person, but after the changes, all I've been seeing is complete douchebags play him. I also really miss the bug where you took Gromp (or any other jungle camp bar Red Brambleback and Blue Sentinel) back to your base, and then there would be a spot where you can spit him out that would freeze them, so you could just get Gromp to sit at your base the entire game. (Sadly people would keep trying to murder it). Oh well. At least I have Aurelion Sol now.

Look at World of Warcraft, thez literally fucked up the game 2 damn expansions in a row (Cataclysm and Pandaria) and yet WoW is the 2nd largest game in the world and is P2P, not to mention thousands of people who play WoW on pirate servers tho.. Games like this can't die, people are getting somehow emotionally bonded with champions/characters and whatever that particular game offers.
La Barbotte1 votesthe difference is that league needs players to keep players, when queues start to get on average 15 min, then 20 min, then 30 you get the idea, less people = longer queue = even less people = even longer queues, people wont play this with hour long queues to get raged on by 12 y/o
WolfChases1 votesI understand your point, but again, it's not gonna happen anytime soon. Look for example at high elo ranked queues, they aren't shorter than 10 minutes and people are still playing. Heck I remember month ago when I watched Sneaky streaming on Twitch, if i remember well, his que was like 18 minutes long. Ofc that LOL is gonna loose its playerbase as every single game but remember there are still a lot of people playing WarCraft III FrozenThrone online xD also, Counter Strike, StarCraft, etc. :)

So again, the real question is why do you suck, not why is she being nerfed. You can complain all you want, but at the end of the day, shes strong, too strong in the proper team. Meaning she gets nerfed.
WolfChases1 votesI cannot suck or play her well because I do not play Rek'Sai at all but from what I saw in or against my team I came to the conclusion that she's just nothing unless it's not a 5 or at least 4 man premade. If she's strong, like really really strong in competitive but just a medocore in our games, it doesn't means she should be nerfed.
You can own a nice and fast car but if you are a bad or a medicore driver you are not gonna be able to push the car to the limits and win the race. Rek'Sai may be strong in competitive because there's good team coordination of 5 man knowing eachothers playstyles and they are using the same champion as you do but in completely different way and for completely different purposes.
Pika Fox1 votesChampions are balanced around whichever is stronger; high level play or low level play. If a champion is too strong in either, it will be nerfed. Moreso with high level/correct play, champions fitting the latter are only nerfed if theyre truly out of line in those areas (trynd, yi, kata have a history of being nerfed/reworked because of low level play)
A game can only truly be balanced against high level play. As time progresses, all players will get better. Meaning eventually it doesnt matter if its only too strong in high level play, it will be strong elsewhere as well.
WolfChases1 votesI understand your point of view but let's say that you are a pro Rek'Sai player, would you be able to use her max potential playing solo que with 4 random guys in your team without any sort of comunication except chat? I am just real, If something is way too strong, let it go, nerf it, I am maining Elise and I wasn't sad when she got nerfed, she was able to 1 shoot an ADC with a single rotation building almost full tank and I knew it's not as it is supposed to be but I honestly think that the Rek'Sai nerfs on PBE are just too much.
