Pulsefire Twisted Fate - Needs Clearer Ult Visuals

I know Riot tries pretty hard to keep skins from being "pay to win," or in other words, giving advantages over the base champion skin.

I just came out of a game with a Pulsefire Twisted Fate, and the "eye" that opens above your head is both very dark, very small, AND centered so low that it's behind the character name that's above your head, making it very difficult to see.

It also seems to be missing the audio indicator when Twisted Fate first casts his ultimate.

Could this skin be tweaked to be a little more in-line with the base so that it's not an unfair advantage for those that own it?

Actually, I just looked up the skin spotlight and that beacon above your head in the video wasn't even appearing at all for those of us in the game. All we seemed to be getting was the shadow, which explains why it was so dark and hard to see.

Perhaps it's just bugged? IDK.
