This was mainly due to abilities applying on hit effects, like his passive, triforce and hydra.

I doubt it will stay that way. Also even if it did, his usability is still abysmal, damage nerfs for usability buffs would be a pretty good trade for the champion not to feel like playing with a sack of bricks.

Minipatch, 8.13b. They also buffed a few marksmen and items.

He bugged AF. All his abilitys seem to be treated like AAs. You literally can not Trigger Arcane Comet.
