I hope a Vladamir VGU is in the next year.
Reasons Vlad needs a VGU;
- Clunky and laggy abilities. Every spell he casts he stops to cast it, despite having mobility on two of them.
- Outdated Passive makes him potentially broken with any new AP or HP that comes out.
- Frustrating to play against!
- Voice lines are nothing but puns, in Legends of Runeterra he still tells some jokes but there's way more to his character!
- He's handsome in his splash-arts. Should look like Invoker from Dota 2, but instead looks like Gruntilda from Banjo Kazooie
- Big player in the lore, has a whole rich history and cards in LoR, but under-represented in League because few people want to play him.
So yeah, Plz VGU Vladamir in 2020...
So I have some Ideas, I'm just an amateur videogame designer but I have a few:
- Remove passive and replace it with extra spell damage according to his current HP total, and spellvamp based on his max HP total.
- Sanguine Pool untargettable should be replaced with a shield based on max HP.
- Remove/lower his castimes, free up his actions up during Tides of Blood by making automatically resolve.
- Replace Q with something more interesting/team utility like maybe something that applies grievous wounds?
- Give him something that gives his allies lifesteal as well (lifesteal aura), it's thematic to him as a leader. Maybe on his Ultimate.

a bit too binary and need of a rework more than Vlad.
These guys are on top list for a VGU so far, they have to VGU them in 2020, if Vlad won't slow any of them, then I am fine with him being a bonus 5th
kits very much but that doesn't mean I think they should be changed.
