There should be a new Report option: Convinced teammates to join in toxic behavior

Just had one of these special cases. A Soraka raging all game because the carry got hooked by a blitz for the second time or so. Then she does some itnentional feeding, goes afk, only to spam the chat and convice the rest of the team to wait the 10 minutes until the surrender afk in base.

You know what was fucked up? THEY EVEN DID THAT.

In the end it was 2vs5, me and ashe the only ones playing.

Please add another option: Agitated others to show toxic behavior. And I want that people who get reported for that get the highest punishment possible!

just report everyone in the fountain for afk and the Soraka for intentional feeding.

Noice, because I don't think Riot's going to add this as an option for report since afk reporting is much harsher and viable. It's also there so when a surrender vote fails the people who afk and /all chat "Push mid and end" can be reported.
