many were against it the first time, why is it getting hit again. instead of giving him less ap ratio, just have it prioritize which ever he scales the most off of.

Madra1 votesThey need to rebalance Guinsoo's before they start hitting the Xin AP ratio; but the two clearly can not coexist in the current state of the game. Guinsoo's is such a cost effective item, and to grant AD, AP and be the highest attack speed item in the game and an on-hit AoE effect? It's ludicrous how over the top it makes certain champions.
LilxPaprika1 voteswell prior to the buffs xin was average. so guinsoo wasn't op on him then. It has been op however on other champs like jax, kayle, aatrox. Now that Xin's w scales off both ad and ap guinsoo's is definitely op on him. Yet we warned riot this would happened.
I think you're right about guinsoon being to strong certainly on other champions, its too cost effective.
