Will PBE Caitlyn nerfs come with any compensation buffs?

Now look, I know the nerfs on the PBE will probably make a ton of players happy to see a shorter trap duration. That being said, however, this does seem like a significant nerf and her recent nerfs definitely knocked her down a bit. It's fine to keep these PBE nerfs, but don't you think maybe she should be compensated somewhere else in her kit a little? She seems to be the only ADC being whipped patch after patch, and although she is strong I won't deny, she should not be beaten into the dirt.
