New lethality is OP - especially on Jayce and Riven

Riot has definetely not put much though into those changes, if you go full lethality quints + marks + precision + 3 lethality items you will end up with ~80 lethality - which means that you oneshot everything. In Riven's case one aa+doublecast is enough to kill a squieshy.

This is absolutely broken and disgusting, while I am a Riven main Riot has definetely gone far beyond what could be considered reasonable. Tone lethality back to 50% or maybe even 40% of what it originally was. ASAP.

I disagree. The lethality buffs are barely noticeable. Lethality, if I recall correctly, is HALF as effective as armor pen, meaning, that's -- what... 40ish or so armor pen before adding in the armor? Lethality's EARLY and MID was buffed. It still falls off late.

Also, a fed Riven was "one" shotting squishies even before the buffs. But, I won't say that she benefits from it, because she does. On that note, Jayce is getting a nerfed and Riven is still fine.

lethality broke champions that were already good

and buffed champions that were underpowered like lucian which makes me happy

i believe we have to nerf those champions

lethality itself isn't a problem, it was definitly not good before the buffs

I haven't seen this so far at all. Riven still goes item 3074 item 3071 first and destroys everything remotely squishy.

There's no point in prioritizing lethality when these two items give her everything she wants. All a lethality build would do is just make it harder for her to deal with bruisers and tanks.

Full lethality Jayce and Riven are nothing compared to FULL lethality Kh'azix.

Kh'azix is better b/c he has better teamfighting potential then Riven and his 1 shots are more consitent than Jayce.

How about this:

Only the greatest between flat, % Pen, and % reduction applies.

Nerf armor, nerf armor pen.

No more obscene damage creep. No more hypertanks before you get % pen.

Everyone wins.

First people complain about how Lethality is weakin the early game, now Riot buffs Lethality in the early game, and now somehow it's too strong and needs to be nerfed.

Good stuff. Getting to your 3 Lethality items already requires like 25 minutes, while farming well and probably being fed. At that time, the old / new Lethality probably already evens out, or is just close enough to not make a big difference.
