[BREAKING] Scandal: Game Designer CertainlyT has been spotted with Riven main - RIVEN VGU RUMOR

Notorious Game Designer CertainlyT who created Zed, Yasuo and the Mordekaiser rework has been spotted with a Riven main. As evidence shows said Riven main asked the Game Designer about the Angelblade Riven rumors - and CertainlyT answered with a very telling ";-)".

This lets us conclude the following: Firstly, CertainlyT knows something about the Angelblade rumors and secondly he is obviously overly friendly with the Riven community. But why would a Game Designer know about a skin for a champion that he has never been involved with? To answer this we need to remember that Angelblade Riven is allegedly paired with a Demonblade Yasuo skin - and CertainlyT designed Yasuo. Paired with his friendliness towards the Riven main (and let's face it, nobody is actually friendly with Riven mains, unless they have to) this leaves only one conclusion: CertainlyT is currently working on a Riven VGU - maybe within a skirmisher update.

According to an anonymous source close to Riot Riven is going to have a passive that doubles her CDR and increases the cap to 80%. Her AD scaling shield has been removed due to complaints, Riven will now get invulnerability instead. Her second passive will work similiar to her current one, dealing %true DMG.
