Why does nobody care about Lux being OP af in soloQ?

Just take a look at her champion.gg - http://champion.gg/champion/Lux She has an average of 60 games played and a 55% winrate in average. Compare that to the other midlane champions: http://champion.gg/statistics/#?roleSort=Middle&sortBy=general.experience&order=descend Nobody even reaches 54%, yet some of them have twice or triple of her avg games played. That basically means that even a new Lux player is able to do better (Lux players with 1-5 games on her have a 54% winrate) than Yasuo mains (Yasuo players with more than 125 games have a 53% winrate). Keep in mind that this is plat+ and not low elo. Also, I took Yasuo as comparison seeing how he is the midlane champion ppl complain the most about - besides Veigar maybe but even Veigar loses to Lux in terms of soloQ stats. So why the feq does nobody complain about her? Lux is more of a free win than Ahri was at her best tim - ok maybe not, but Lux is quite stronk right now. It's not even so that nobody plays her, in fact her playrate is with 13% quite good.

But well, who am I talking to. You guys didn't even listen when I told you that T'K was OP. Let's just wait 2-3 patches and everyone is going to whine.

Like many other champions, Lux is one that can snowball very well. Add onto that she is fairly easy to pick up. However, she has very prominent weaknesses. Nocturne diving onto her for example will likely result in a kill due to her lack of mobility and low defensive stats (this is just one example). Flanking her is a sure fire way to kill her too but flanking correctly is a skill that many do not pick up until they are reaching higher elo when people understand positioning better. She relies on her range to keep alive and has some decent tools to keep at a distance. Don't rush her head on, get behind her or attack her from the side. Many keep trying to rush her head on (I lost count of how many games I see this) and this normally ends up with them dying due to her high burst damage. She isn't OP its just many do not use her weaknesses against her well.

The problem with Lux is the 1000+ AoE damage nuke late game on a 30 second (or less) cooldown while almost covering 1/5th of the map.

Best part is that I'm not even joking.

Other than that she's mostly fine.

the thing is most people have no clue whatsoever to do against her. and on the opposite, most lux players think they are invincible.

Just use a champion that can jump and punch her in the face.

She doesnt have that winrate because she is op. Its because she isnt too hard to play, she provides alot of utility, and is very effective in current meta against juggernauts. Juggernauts weakness is mobility, Lux denies mobility. She is amazing vs Garen, Darius, Feedora, Riven.
