It's guaranteed to be sub 300 true dmg no matter how hard you try to get it not to be. Darius's level 6 got demolished in this update, and the noxian might nerf from a little ago didn't help.
His win rate for plat+ according to lolalytics is around 46%, can we please talk riot?

Removal of fervor shafted him since press the attack isnt anywhere near as good for him (ult cant be amplified through % effects)

over 90% of darii took fervor. the SRS crowd represented around 2 or 3 darii in diamond (and even then some of those three swapped between fervor and srs depending on enemy team comp).
