Jarvan comes to gank me (im lux.) I see him bc the bush is warded. I root him and start to flee to turret. He still EQ's to me after i've already binded him and i then get jumped on and die.
Why? Other champions cannot cast movement abilities if they are binded (aside from camille -.-). I know that neither of his Q or E are counted as movement abilities, but this should not be an exception.

Because it is the exact same thing as every other dash and just because it takes two abilities should not make it an exception.
Also, from a balance perspective, every other dash is prevented by cc. This being an exception is OP.
And yes, i did say this in the post. I did not "give absolutely no reason."

BeatzBoyFTW1 votesJarvan's EQ is a "pull" version of dashing. Camille's 1st E is a "pull", and then her 2nd one is a self-dash. Very few champions posses this sort of mobility. Obviously, the "other" champions whose dash is a self-dash can't move when being binded.

i think if ziggs manages to detonate his satchel under himself while rooted. he should be able to move.
as his dash skill takes 2 buttons presses and if your going to throw it directly under yourself u can frequently get it out but byu the time u press detonate it doesn't count because you have been rooted
but being able to flat out cast spells like camile or jarvan is bull.
to some extent is "acceptable" if it hits a champsion.. but i dont think he should be able to pull himself to a wall
