Tentacles can no longer spawn on/near friendly turrets.
they did it with bard to give the chimes a less chance of spawning in the enemy jungle/enemy side of the map.
literally the only thing unbalanced about her is that she can just spawn literally unlimited amounts of tentacles right on your turret. Other than that she's pretty fine numbers wise

Salt Miner 49 Er1 votesOr they could just make it so her tentacles function like Azir's soldiers. With 300 AD (lol mostly DPS) she can smack you for 700 damage before mitigations with Q and depending on how many tentacles she spawned with ulti will just wreck you.
