It might make Elise more viable if her stun dealt damage (like how Galio's taunt does dmg now when the rework launched it didn't). She would be more of an assassin as well as draw tower aggro when diving, and then would have to repel to drop aggro.
Also, Elise is a Black Widow, how come she doesn't do any DoTs or poison damage?
ZapMyHeart3 votesCocoon shouldn't have damage because it would make her more bursty than normal. A simple Human E->Q->W->R ->W->Q is enough to rip someone's health bar.
The added damage to the stun puts a target on her back, and she would most likely suffer from Rito's hellbent rage against AP champs once spotted, nerfing her deeper into the depths of hell than she already is in.
That said, I would like to see some DoT or poison-related thematics in her kit.
C9 Squeeky 1 voteshm or maybe have more "web" in her gameplay? I know it's just a champion select quote but I think it'd be interesting if there was Spider Web as a form of terrain / field advantage.
Edit: Maybe the Spiderlings could play a bigger role in either poison damage or web, ofc webbing would be in spider-form or at least need to be in spider-form to take advantage of the web.

I'm fine with her two E skills not having any damage on them. Her E is utility/mobility. In both cases it isn't damage. If riot wants to add damage it should be on her Q, W, or auto attacks. Now riot could put some kind of armor debuff or damage amp on her E, or give her bonus damage against CCed targets, but that's something else than adding raw damage to the E.
