Can we make solo Q actually solo Q and get rid of this duo garbage?

Because I really don't love it when I get stuck in bot lane with a bronze 5 support that decides for feed 0-12 on blitz because he felt like Qing up with his friend. Which somehow got the bronze 5 guy into a silver game.

And more in general, I feel that soloQ should actually be that. So games don't depend on which team got the more competent duo. Or the inverse of setting me up against a guy in lane in high gold when I am silver because he Q'ed up with his friends bronze smurf account.
