SAVE ME.. im on worst tilt of my life

I am on Tilt. Such tilt. I think I am 11-19 in ranked games this year, and that includes a loss streak of 6 in a row along with others reaching 4 in a row I believe. Now I am not a plat player. But I was silver 1 much of last year and around or above 50% wins rate. Now at bottom of silver 5 after getting placed and struggling. I don't feed, and generally feel like I am playing OKish but I don't know anymore. Some losses are my teammates feeding (I feel) and throwing games, but I cannot blame everything on teammates with a 35% or so win rate myself. So frustrated.

What have others done to get back on track? Any advice? Focus more on basics? Farming? I thought that was the answer but then I still lose (I may win lane/farm but lose game none the less).

Venting more than anything at this point but any advice other than "get gud" would be appreciated.

I would recommend taking a small break from League just to stop thinking about it for a while. Go play another game for a couple days and try to play a couple normals after your break, it always works for me and my tilt usually wears off. If you are still struggling, try to record your games and watch what issues you have while playing. Try to slowly improve after each recording.

Three things:

First and foremost, find something else to do for a few days. Something COMPLETELY different. Personally, I'd recommend something lighthearted and fun, something like Journey or Rayman Origins, or maybe watching some non-LoL streams, or just watching tv/movies/anime. Something as far from LoL as you can get.

Secondly, when you get back, play a game or two of normals ,teambuilder, aram, or something else just to refresh your muscle memory.

Thirdly... it's harder to get on tilt if you're not focused on winning. I made an advice post a while back... here I'll post a link for you... maybe a change in mindset can help you avoid this in the future: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/Xp3EhQMY-advice-for-enjoying-and-succeeding-at-ranked-play

General rule of thumb is if you lose 3 games in a row, take a break. It definitely helps avoid those long losing steaks and lets you clear your mind, which in turns allows you to play better when you go back to ranked. Also perhaps take a break from ranked and practice your main role(s) and champs in some normal matches?
