What would it take for riot to make a worldwide que?

........ actually riot had an international queue long ago before they decided to split up between servers due to the fact not everyone pinged eachother fast enough.

HOWEVER riot removed the ping system and changed it so that international queueing should be possible without much strain on the server either, given riot can still make several servers and make them international.

i play in euw and everyone can speak english... no language barriers there O.o
