jax Rework suggestions

i really apreciate work riot done for creating new legendary skin for him but he needs rework or atleast new voice.

for spells my proposal.

Passive: every third autoattack deals bonus magic dmg and slows the target by flat amount(15/25 movement speed)

Q: unchanged

W: empower gain AS and Movement speed for 5 sec. if you are in combat with champion half of AS remains until you leave combat with that champion.

E counter strike. shorter cooldown. remove slows and share. dodge autoattcks for 2 seconds. at the and cleave area around you. heal for enemy champion hit. just to make sure there is no stun.

R: Passive: your base passive now stacks dmg and slow up to 2/3/4 times. stacking works like this: you proc your passive and next stack is given by procing it again or hitting E cleave.

Active: target enemy champion from any range: kindred /rengar kill quest mechanic. after you kill them this refreshes - R doesnt have cooldown at base.

when you kill/assist marked enemy champion first time jax gets 10/15/20 armor and Magic resist and 150 gold. rank upgrades armor and mr buff. after killing all enemy champions once R has 80/60/40 sec cooldown and grants bonus 100 gold for kills and doesnt refresh.
