You cant itemize against Fiora. She does percent max health true damage. Meaning you cant stack armor and you cant stack health. Its stupid.

Flaherty3 votesThe only way Fiora is taking out 50% of someone's Hp with 2 autos is with over 500 AD, which means she is building glass cannon and can be exploded by someone with range pretty easily. Fiora is a champion you don't counter with items but with how you play.

If she's relying just on the % max hp true damage from hitting the vitals, which is what I was suggesting because a full tank Rammus would negate most of the base damage from the auto due to all the armor he has, you need to calculate how much true damage she would need to do per hit. That's 25% max hp, which going by the ratios her passive says, would need to be about 500 ad
