Yes, I know that Vi is mostly seen as a jungler, but she has all the tools you need to play her mid lane as well. She has waveclear. She has pushing power. She has gap closers. She has high burst. She has god tier roams. And most importantly, she has those oh so sweet hips and that prodigious rack. Yes, Vi has everything an assassin player could want, and better yet, she still has the same low counterplay kit she's always had while the poor assassins you used to main rot in the hole that Riot left them in. You know what's more tilting to an adc than getting ganked by a Vi or Lee Sin? Getting ganked by both at the same time. So go ahead: take the pink haired adc destroying menace into the mid lane. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself; I know I do.

Few things to note about Vi going mid:

She's purely melee.
You need proper positioning with your E on minions to poke the enemy, similar to Lucian's Q.
Poking with E = lane pushing.
Your only form of escape is Q, which is blockable.

Important note: Please don't go AP.....

I never said "Don't go AP in Normals please", making you trying to fuck up the logic about implying that I meant for Normals only.

I'm not mad about adding counteplay to assassins it's more that mages don't have that counterplay in their kits yet still have CC.

Same with ADC's who get mobility instead of CC or just can hypercarry. I know the boards doesn't take kindly to other MOBAs being mentioned but Smite has a really good thing for ADC's 1. they can be blocked by Tanks or minions and each auto is aimed. And also that crit is pretty good but not every auto attack based ADC wants it.
