How is "BIC'ing" not considered an exploit?
So , I played a game vs an EZ who seemed to NEVER be "interrupted" by my CC. I'd ult him (as naut) when I seen him go to use his ult and it connect BEFORE he ulted, but it didn't stop him from ulting.
I noticed this and called him out on it and he pointed me to this and said that I needed to learn to "Bic."
BIC stands for Buffered input canceling.
Here is a video showing a Caitlyn using it against a taric. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ips8_DKQlMw
Just like this EZ I was against this seems to over-ride CC and allow you to still do things that you should NOT be able to do until after the CC, bu tinstea dit seems to allow you to use a channel even when you see a stun incoming.
It seems to mainly work against stuns or cc that you can see incoming (IE Taric, naut, Lux, Morg, etc).
This has been around for years (from what I can find on google) and has been talked about on the old forums, bu tit seems riot ignores it and doesn't consider this an exploit???
