Is ryze worth learning

The way I see ryze is kind of an easy mode riven since you have all these combo's without needing animation cancelling. It's more decision based than mechanics. It kind of feels like your a magic adc where your as it bound to q instead of mouse 2. You do really need to memorize combo's. Just use the spells accordingly. Don't get me wrong. He has allot of them but it's more like you do it accordingly to what you need. Do you want the I'm fast af boiz shield or more damage. If I n3d to stop them then I'll ewq them. You obviously don't want to faceroll. That's how you are left defenseless. He scales well into the late game. That's where he shines. If you one trick him, it's really rewarding. His winrate is low because of difficulty. Same for Lee sin. His empowered q damage is stupid. It's like 1000 damage. Also uncle Sam wants you top play ryze ; ). Anyways is he worth putting the time into learning and playing
