What do you think is the most balanced class in League of Legends?

Now when I say classes, let me get straight what I mean. Here are what I define as classes.

Tanks: This one is pretty obvious. It contains Vanguards like Malphite as well as Tank Supports like Alistar and some champions that Riot doesn't necessarily consider "Tanks" but the day I don't consider DrMundo a tank is the day I die.

Mages: This includes mid laners like Syndra as well as more Support-oriented mages such as Zyra count. More Assassin-esque champions like Ahri don't count. And Enchanters are completely different.

Enchanters: These are Mage-ish supports that focus more on helping the ADC (mainly by healing/shielding) than dealing damage. Examples are Soraka Sona Rakan etc.

Marksmen: Ranged champions, basically just ADC's as you know like Jinx except for some exceptions such as Kindred Graves Gnar, who are marksmen who aren't necessarily ADC's.

Assassins: This one is pretty straight-forward, but I'm considering "divers" like MonkeyKing Ekko Diana as Assassins because they generally serve a very similar purpose.

Bruisers: This involves tanky champs that also do a lot of damage like Garen Darius Aatrox. Fighters are not considered to be in this category.

Fighters: Kinda like bruisers but they specialize in dueling and have more damage rather than tankiness. Some examples are Camille Fiora Irelia.

I think I encompassed every champion in the game. If you're wondering about a specific champion (which shouldn't change your decision too much anyway), just put them in whichever group you feel fits best.

With all that out of the way, I think the most balanced class in the game is Mages. I never feel like many Mages are "broken", and more often than not I genuinely feel outplayed. For the most part they require skillshots to hit their CC, they specialize in fighting from a decent/long range, and when they let you get too close without doing anything to stop you then they generally deserve to die. And with Mages without reliable hard CC, they either have very long range (Velkoz) or they have some sort of mobility/movement speed (Cassiopeia). Some say Mages have no counter to Assassins, they have item 3157 and a support to protect them. While yes, there have been overbearing Mages who had too much to offer like Zoe and had to be given the Ryze treatment, I think in general the whole concept and generally the execution of Mages is the most balanced one in the game.

no class is the "most balanced" since every class will get complained just based on what you play and personal opinion. Also every single class has champions that people hate and despise whether they deserve the hate or not

There is no most balanced class. Every class has its outliers.

On top of that, what you deem as a balanced class completely depends on what kind of champions you play.

If I’m playing Alistar, I probably don’t mind burst mages. If I’m playing a low range ADC or Assassin? Annie is gonna be the bane of my existence.

Supports by far, and I mean shit like Alistar Braum Thresh, not that Brand support pussy boy bullshit.

Bruisers IMO. I know the game has shit like conqueror, which is bs. But if you look at the bruiser items and how they're expensive AF. item 3071 item 3078 item 3748. It evens out.

I agree, being a fighter main I can definitely see why fighters aren't balanced lmao

Assassins because it's the one I like.

I tend to agree with Mages being the most balanced, if for no other reason than there are more "levers" to balance them with. I think AP/CDR/Spell Effects are more consistent across all mages than Bonus AD/Attack Speed/On Hit Effects are for marksmen, resulting in fewer outliers when items are out of balance.

I think bruisers and engage supports are the most balanced followed by mages. Im a mage main so there might be bias there

Bruisers are in the end still only a minor threat unless they are massively fed and they usually have hard weaknesses and counter matchups.

You could argue that supports (I mean actual supports not welfare midlaners) are imbalanced due to their ability to control a game without items but they usually do only what their job is intended to work around without doing anything else

Mages are balanced in the sense that other classes need to be imbalanced to thrive. For example divers need to kill someone in .9 seconds or else they are completely useless. Mages on the other hand are imbalanced but more balanced than some of the other classes due to their lack of diverse itemization and most mage vs mage matchups being completely skill matchups. Id say that although their laning phases have been nerfed, their ability to work around what is now a pick oriented meta is good. Usually teams have around two or more champions that can 100-0 someone with little counterplay and mages can sortve facilitate this kind of playing style by ccing people and having everyone dogpiling them

Right now?

Overall I'd say Marksman, except for 1 or 2 outliers.
