Yes, you do. If the players of the game that you decide to play are 'crybabies', then you have to accept it.

You may not think flaming should make someone play worse, but generally speaking it will.

You may not think people will get offended by racism, sexism, other hate speech, etc. but sometimes they will.

You may not think you being an asshole should get you banned, but believe it or not, it will.

If you can't handle playing by the rules then go to a different game. Don't complain about getting banned after you called someone r%%%%%ed and told them to die in a hole. You should know that's against the rules, even if you disagree with it.
