This cooldown on this ability is just way too short for how strong it is. He can jump over walls with this, dodge skillshots, and place boxes before popping out of stealth. This ability is simply too good and Shaco has access to it way too often.

DrCyanide2 votesI read it correctly, but one would assume that if you're comparing the cooldown of two abilities the abilities themselves are comparable.
For example, comparing Wind Wall's cooldown with Unbreakable's cooldown makes sense, because both abilities act very similarly.
Comparing a stealth+jump to a stationary projectile destroyer... I'm not seeing the comparison point.

He doesn't just get a "free pass" whenever he wants. He actually has to have a target to dash to, unlike Shaco who can just blink wherever the f*ck he wants.
