I really hope we don't have a "game warping" mid-season patch.

Seriously, I feel like exact thing happened last season too. We start going towards a balanced meta that most people can enjoy, and then suddenly it gets "mixed up" by some HUGE mid-season patch.

It feels like everything the live balance team works towards slowly and meticulously over the course of 8 patches gets thrown straight out the window as we introduce new random shit that needs to be balanced.

Like legit the same thing happened last season. We got a pretty fun meta going on for only a few patches (great to play and amazing to watch), only for it to be dumpstered in 7.9 by hypertanks and hypercarries.

Personally, I just haven't had fun this season. I have no idea why, I don't keep up with meta too much I just stick to my AP mid laners every season but... I just don't find the fun in this game anymore. A mid-season patch that shakes things up would most definitely at most intrigue me to play more and see what the fuss is about, though.
