Just ban Twitch until Runes Reforged drops.

Meddler stated he acknowledged Twitch's current oppressive state on Live and was considering waiting to assess his strength with Runes Reforged prior to making changes.

Can honestly say Twitch feels a bit easier to deal with in RR; granted RR leaves me feeling like many champions feel better/healthier than they do on Live.

Clogging the boards with Twitch-hate after Meddler already gave his perspective on the state of the champion does nothing but push out other worthwhile discussions that may get posted.

P.S. Hang in there. Season 8 is almost here.

plus he's at a 51% win rate now, he can finally be bullied in lane due to no more ardent censor.

At this point, I genuinely feel the Balance Team should be the next major Rework.

The lack of Consistency from Riot makes LoL so hard to continue loving+playing. (TL;DR at end)
