Is Cassiopeia top a nieche in this meta, or will it last and be worth learning????

Cassiopeia top is pretty good against assassins and tanks. I've seen her miasma grounding and dps utterly destroy. I'm considering using her as a top mage, but first I want to know if it will stay a decent pick, or if the meta will shift and it will be bad.

Cass will feel good against assassins but she is not good against assassins

she is good against tanks though but don't overestimate her abilities.

worth learning but don't become dependent

Karma, cassi, malz, and karthus are sleeper OPs for top lane. Only select few know.
