I just had an afk in one game, and a feed and ragequit support in another.

I think draft should be a privilege, not a right. You must be lvl 30 enter. I think people who ruin games for others intentionally, or don't care and go afk/ragequit, should ALSO be locked out of draft, that way players who earn it (by leveling to 30 and playing in a respectful manner) are shielded from ragequitters/afks. Those who are punished, can always play normals. I am talking about ragequitters/afks, genuine disconnects should be treated differently perhaps.

First offense: Warning or immediate 5 day lockout, depending on player history. Second offense: One week lockout from draft, unless player history is VERY clean. Third offense: Two week lockout from draft. Forth offense: One month lockout from draft. Chronic offenders or particularly bad cases (such as ppl who troll and ragequit, or flame extremely and ragequit) should be locked out of draft for Two+ months.

If we use this logic here, then people who feed would have to be banned from ranked, whether it was intentional or not.

1 for Ranked

1 for good behavior draft like you wanted

1 for the trolls to go troll each other and hopefully kill themselves off this game with toxicity

I'd personally go way harsher than this.

First offence 1 week ban Second offence 1 month ban Third offence ranked ban for the season

In Overwatch if you leave a game in ranked play you get shut out for the ENTIRE SEASON. That's what they should do in ranked as well.

Automated punishments are a bad idea and there is already a 5 min lockout for queue dodging. IMO Autofill should be made optional since most queue dodges seem to be people getting roles they either cant or wont play.

Really the game needs stricter punishments for trolls since they are the same kind of player that thinks that they are justified in just AFK'ing when they dont get their way.

There definitely needs to be a better way to "help" us people that actually wanna play. maybe do something like dota. where they are marked and play with other marked people. All i know is it would be extremely hard to implement something, that would be fair and balanced.

Well you see, theres a reason why this can't work. There are plenty of loopholes others have stated to avoid the ban. +Draft as a whole isn't for level 30s only. If you want a draft for 30s thats called ranked.

look, I get it. afks suck. I have to afk from time to time, not ever because I ragequit, but because my wifi goes out or I have something on in the real world that I forgot about it. I know it's bad, and I accept my LeaverBuster punishments, but I don't thing we need yet another punishment. Leaving a game or two every month or so for me is just going to happen. Also a 5 day lockout after one afk is EXTREMELY harsh.

As someone who prefers to play normal draft, I hated when they sent people from ranked down to normal draft for X wins for toxicity.

This is the same problem.

Some people actually PREFER those game modes. Making them a toxicity island is NOT a solution. Ban those players if you can't otherwise reform them. Seriously, I don't like the whole reform idea anyways - if you're bad enough to actually trigger a punishment you should have been out of this game a long time ago I feel like... I guess I'm too harsh though.
