dunno i rushed edge of night ghostblade black cleaver on ashe mid and shit on my laner velkoz.

item 3814 is one I can see. Black Cleaver does kinda work on Twitch, combined with spray-and-pray's piercing, can effectively eliminate armor for an enemy group (much like MF's ultimate does). Though this also perhaps relies on another AD dps on your team (not marksman specifically). Youmuu's is really just as effective as the user. (Twitch already gets a movespeed steroid, it's basically AD and cooldowns after a point.)

There isn't a real downside to these on Twitch, only that an opponent can probably out-dps Twitch, whose element is a sudden surpise attack and bursting the opponent down.

His Ultimate's steroid is much better with AS and Crit. (5 second window)

Youmuu's was one of Twitch's core builds before Lethality changes, but I guess loss of attack speed hit him hard? Since then it's more been the crit+Runaans Twitch instead of Youmuu's.
