I know I'm asking for a lot here, but it would be nice. Besides for just dodging the ult. Having abilities that can't be dodged and an ability that makes him completely untouchable is stupid.

fizz is melee , dont have ranged attacks and usually pretty squishy

if you look at last 7 days for plat + which is more games he has a 50.99% win rate

its the only target based skill you can dodge by using mobility abilities...
