the magic damage from his autos are converted before or after armor mitigation? and if it is after armor he only needs armor pen or now he needs builds both( or only magical)?

just go down the cunning tree and pick up the flat arm and magic pen mastery aswell as thunderfury

If it was applyed after mitigation it wouldn't make any sens at all, now would it? The entire difference between magic and physical damage is that one gets blocked by mr, the other by armor. That literally is the only difference( unless you buy an item that procs specifically on magic damage like morello's, or on physical like executioners) So to be clear, the convertion happens befor mitigation, else it would be 100% pointless to be in his kit.

And that means that ~75% of his total damage is magical, so arpen is vasted on him, while mpen is hard to optain as he doesn't scale that well with ap.
