Lol, ADCs need to be baby sat throughout the entire game. The minute one of them are caught out of position, it's rip for them. They are so team reliant it's funny af, they blow up with the slightest touch of a button and require so much attention and care that teams are dedicated to protecting them.
So yeah, they're useless. It doesn't mean they aren't needed because if you can't get to them, they blow up teamfights. Just because you're useless, doesn't mean you're worthless.
