"Get x kills and you get a prize!!"

So now in the past 4 games I have played, 2 supports went aggro early on and set themselves up for a losing lane because they wanted kills really bad. This mission thing is tearing teams apart.

Umm, all mine have been kills or assists.

you have played the supports that went aggro? I'm not american so my knowledge of english may limit my understanding of what you're saying, from what i know it doesn't make sense.

Anyway,i know that saying it to you won't be any effect, but missions can be done vs AI and in RGM,and the missions ask "kills or ASSISTS" so if those people went for kills just for that, and not because they don't play well/still have to learn, they're fucking morons.

You know you can always get that dude that plays ranked wanting to complete missions along the way..

I also fixed the post a bit so you can understand it better...

Thanks for the correction of the post, much easier to understand now.

Yes,there are people who don't understand the risk of doing this stuff on serious matches like ranked, but unfortunately they removed even the "unskilled player" that would've been the only excuse to report them. And,even more unfortunately,we can't see beforehand if they want to do missions or not unless they say it. As i already said, it's a problem in people's brain and there is almost no way around it.

Also,i've noticed that there is in fact one mission that asks only 5 Kill, and doesn't say "kills and/or assists",so Riot did fuck it up a bit too.

Surprised that players would go after the missions involving kills when they're supporting. Makes me wonder if events such as this should only be in effect for normal games, but even then I'd imagine that having players who sacrifice team play for rewards in normals wouldn't be fun either.

I don't think Riot's intention was for an incentive to make players greedy and devalue teamplay, nor have I myself seen it tearing teams apart.

It's in all combined matches, even Coop Vs IA and RGM. So yeah, they could actually NOT ruin people's games.

And you're right,Riot didn't want people to ruin games for missions, that's why they made it into "assiss count too",but some people are just too idiot to even read 2 words. I know from personal experience in real life.

I just did ARAM, and it was fine.

Nothing really happened in solo queue to that effect.
