Varue; Passive Rework Idea
About to title this as a gameplay update, then realized only his passive needs some work to him considering Varus is a pretty fair champion at the moment. He deals a bunch of damage with a lot of utility to back it up (not quite Ashe status, but what will you do), but he is immobile and skill shot based primarily so there is a lot of room for counter play. But his passive in few scenarios is really strong (mainly early game laning phase where you kill minions for attack speed) and completely useless later.
Post your own thoughts and ideas on the subject matter for this is a discussion post as well, but will be providing my own idea here of course.
Blighted Quiver (Passive): Ranks: @levels 1/5/9/13/17 Varus' basic attacks deal 9(+1 per level)(+25%AP) bonus magic damage on-hit.
Varus' basic attacks apply Blight to his targets up to 3 times, his next damaging abilities against enemies with Blight deal 2/2.75/3.5/4.25/5%(+1% per 50AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage per Blight stack consuming the Blight afterwards.
Living Vengeance (W): Cooldown: 16 seconds; Cost: 35 Mana Active: Varus gains 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed and 25/50/75/100/125 units bonus range to his basic attacks for the next 7 seconds.
This is super soft, I mostly just swapped his passive and W around, gave range to have the aspect of Varus using a living bow. So now instead of Varus getting a steroid after a won fight he can get it at the start of the fight adding synergy to stacking up Blight and then proc it with his other abilities. I tried to keep Varus as neutral as possible to his current power, but removing an ability that wasn't useful and adding in a useful one in its place will be a net buff (hopefully not one that makes him ridiculous; my goal here was just to give him a passive that makes the Varus player feel better having).
