Ashe's ban rate has gone up on Lolking?

What? Am I seeing this correctly?

Ashe is widely regarded as a weak pick and is considered one of the worst AD carries around. Why is she banned at a high rate now? She's banned just as much as Corki.

I've heard there's a severe exploit right now which requires manually hacking in to files (so no one accidentally does it, and when riot prevents it they're going to permanently ban all abusers) which Ashe takes the most advantage of (something about level 1 ult and no fog of war).

Yeah and there are issues with her frost shot and some other issues, but yeah this is the long and short of it.

It was because there was a rather game breaking bug (or set of bugs, I'm not 100% sure as I didn't look into it much). Won't go into details as I believe it has since been fixed but she was causing some pretty big issues so since Riot refused to disable her people were just banning her.

Nothing to worry about :P

There was/is an exploit caused by changing the game to let you cast Ashe's Q on enemies and allies, which causes their autoattacks to change (for example, Fiora's autoattack is changed into her ulting forever, and Lucian's is a pass through ult shot).
