So boosting is a real problem and is ruining game play

So Pants are Dragon hired a booster for one of his Smurfs (silver and this is another issue with smurfing ruining ranked games) and when he got on voice and was instantly recongnized by the Booster, tried again and same thing, once more and same thing. The Boosters are NA challengers that he has played with enough for them to know his voice right away (and from his reaction he knew them).
