Why do i see alot of katarina platers feeding in pubs.

Katarina is one of the the most faceroll champions in the game along with Annie and old ryze. Why do I see so many regulars doing bad. I can understand Kat doing bad in gold II and above since everyone will get stuns, silences, suppression, and knock up/ knock back. But in pubs, everyone doesn't try to counter. I just picked talon and easily went 12-0. She should have no problem against someone with no stuns in lane. Kat was a last pick but we had ashe, xin Zhou renekton(the shitty one who fed but xin and I carried him) and Annie. Even though their team comp was pretty optimal except Kat, we still won. I've also seen it happen in other games without that much cc. So why aren't these scrubs learning her so easily. To be fair, it was a bunch of silver's and a b1 vs an unranked team with one b4. I haven't played Kat but I know how simple she is. Super ex to geeky pentas like yi. Playing for 1 year, still no Pentagon. I did get a few quadras like I won a 1v4 as mf 5.14 durring bilgewater. 1st time playing her.I believe I went 24-10. Tried to a few times. No pentas. Tempted to play Kat just for 1 penta. But who feeds as Kat. Why do i see so many people feeding in unranked as Kat and the occasional fed Kat.
