I haven't built Jaurim's Fist in a long time for good reason
In every recipe it's included in, it's built alongside another ruby crystal. So unless I don't have the gold for the full finished item, I just buy the ruby crystals and the other components because Jaurim's costs an extra 450 for 5 AD and 150 health, 100 of which you need to stack up.
So on purchase, Jaurim's vs 2 Ruby Crystals is 200 HP vs 300 HP. I really don't see the point other than the 5 AD but 99/100 times I'm playing someone who would rather have the +100 health immediately.
The only time I'll ever build it is when I have every component item except for Jaurim's but can't afford the full item or I'm out of item slots.
