waiting to get someone isolated plz plz plz

360 Q normal 890 Q isolated. W low speed and too big cd (increased by 2 sec some patches ago ) and damage lower by up to 35 E ratio lowered by 60% bonus ad ,to 20% from 80% to not get resets from only E not to mention R delay! it killed me in dozens of game ,before you could press R again even if already invisible 1-2 s delay and it doesnt even say ninja. plz rethink GUTTED plz balance

Man his new E range is insane, idk how you are still struggling with him. Not to mention they made his passive and W just straight up better.
