why 12 % MAX HEALTH TRUE DAMAGE ?and min damage
its beyond balance ,% true damage is the most toxic concept every created ,has no counter, randuin and frozen heart barely do anything
and -3 dmg and in preseasson add +5
meanwhile kayle -5 ad, with 100 ap , E hits 100 per basic
